Add or Remove a Location when Add or Delete is Disabled

Question:

How do I add an additional location in Storage Location Manager for a Unit when the “Add” and “Delete” buttons are disabled?

Answer:

In order to add a Storage Location directly under a Unit, go to Organization > Lab Structure and go to the 'Units Storage' tab.  There you will be able to add additional location. 

Add a Sublocation when Add is Disabled

Question:

How do I add a sub location in Storage Location Manager? When I try to add a sub location, the <Add> button is grayed out (disabled)?

Answer:

In order to add a sub location go to Organization > Lab Structure and go to the 'Units Storage' tab.  There you will be able to add an additional location (sub location). Once that is done you will be able to see it in Storage Location Manager.
