Answer

STARLIMS is not compatible with GitLab. STARLIMS uses its own proprietary SCM.

What This Means

Because source control is built into the platform, STARLIMS application code is managed through the STARLIMS proprietary SCM rather than an external Git repository. There is no supported way to sync STARLIMS development held in GitLab back into a STARLIMS environment, and therefore no documentation for doing so.
